NET changed company form in connection with the establishment of a new Test Center in 2011. Netopp Holding was formed as the parent company in the Group, which is now 100% owner of the two subsidiaries; NET and Netopp Eiendom. The property company owns the NETs Test Center located at Eik Næringspark in Bamble. All owners are employed in NET.
