Rune Nygaard

Rune Nygård joined us as a technical auditor in September 2023.

He holds a graduate engineering degree in mechanical engineering specialising in processes from the former NTH. His career began in research at SINTEF, followed by engineering and management roles in industry and process operations, including Statoil and Borealis.

Rune also has experience in senior commercial and operational roles and in the public sector. This broad background gives him a strong overall perspective and a structured, evidence-based approach to complex issues.

At NET, he contributes technical expertise, auditing experience and a clear focus on quality and process improvement.
