Since its inception, NET has aimed to offer all necessary services for a complete type approval. At the beginning of 2018, we took a big step in that direction by starting laboratory testing with the standard fluid nitric acid, thus becoming complete in terms of ADR standard fluids. Now we are taking another big step in UN testing and starting with vibration testing of packaging.

The new vibrating table is specially designed for UN tests of IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers), but is also adapted to the specifications required for testing according to other standards, such as ISTA testing. This is a new and exciting area for us at NET. The vibration table is built to handle packaging up to 2,500 kg and meets the frequency requirements for such tests. It delivers a vertical sinusoidal double amplitude of 25 mm (peak-to-peak displacement).

NET can also solve some of the customers' challenges with ready-made packaging solutions by using the vibration table for transport testing of entire pallets, fully packed for transport and adapted to specific products. The top plate has a size of 152 x 152 cm and is therefore well suited for testing most transport solutions.
