Tonje is settling into the team

Tonje joined us on 5 January, as NET turned 19, and has already made a strong start. Organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn, she has immersed herself in both dangerous goods packaging and child-resistant packaging.

We are very happy to have Tonje on the NET team! She joined around the time of NET’s 19th anniversary. A perfect time to welcome fresh talent and keep developing.

Tonje has already started learning about several of our core areas. Last week she attended our in-house course on dangerous goods packaging, alongside several of our customers. She has joined technical discussions, tackled practical challenges and worked on real cases during a very busy period. That is demanding, but Tonje has shown commitment, organisation and a willingness to learn from day one.

She is also getting to grips with child-resistant packaging, an area where precision, regulations and understanding of use are absolutely essential. Here, she has already shown that she quickly familiarizes herself with both requirements and practice.

It is always rewarding to see new and experienced colleagues bring out the best in one another. Tonje and the rest of the team are looking forward to an exciting year, both for her and for our 19-year-old organisation, which continues to grow in experience.
