Have a wonderful summer!

Have a wonderful summer!

NET wishes all its customers a really good summer...
Week 29 and 30 we will try to do as much as possible other than what we do on a daily basis, but if it is important we are available at BADEVAKTEN@NET17025.COM

NET itself feels that it has taken a giant leap in the first half of 2009!

First through the release of RR-08 and then with the implementation of the UN conference.

Now we wish all our customers a really good and uplifting holiday experience, and remember that the opportunities are many and never far away...Have a wonderful summer!

NET wishes its "readers" a good holiday and sends some healthy and reasonable holiday tips, such as; remember to bring an approved spare petrol can if you are going out by motorboat or car...

1. Summer is here - use the opportunities!

Outdoors is one of the healthiest things you can do. An active summer with walks, swimming, cycling, rowing, paddling, berry tours etc. strengthens the body and soul and reduces the chances of a number of diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, many forms of cancer and diabetes 2. The Norwegian Directorate of Health recommends at least half an hour of physical activity a day for adults and one hour for children, - it should not be a problem to achieve!

2. Use the common law and respect it

The right to roam gives everyone the right to walk, spend time and take part in activities on uncultivated land, such as forests, mountains and beaches, regardless of ownership. However, visitors must be considerate and avoid damaging nature. This right of access does not extend to private grounds around homes or cultivated fields in summer. Around occupied cabins, a useful rule of thumb is to treat approximately 1,000 square metres as private grounds where access would unacceptably disturb the owner or occupier.

3. Use the immediate area - reduce fuelHave a wonderful summer!consumption

Driving is a waste of time, hot and polluting. Cut back on driving and use the time outside instead. Take your bike on your shopping trip, or simply use your legs, so you can treat yourself to an extra ice cream.

4. Swim safely

Be with others when you bathe and swim, - and look out for each other. Always keep an eye on children in water. If you are going to throw your girlfriend/wife into the water, make sure that she has taken her mobile phone out of her pocket and that it is done in deep water.

Check: Water temperatures

5. Use campfires responsibly

Use permanent grills and other alternatives to disposable grills when possible (use only approved lighter fluid bottles). If you must use a disposable barbecue, place it so that it does not damage the lawn, rocks, tables etc. - and take the leftovers home or throw them in your own waste bins (when the barbecue leftovers are cold).

Hot food on the go - it's easy!

6. Stay safe on the water

Consider the environment and safety also in the boat, set sail even in light winds; "You're on vacation!" Have a wonderful summer!- important keywords are life jacket, speed and noise, consideration for others. Motorboat users must be particularly attentive to "soft" water traffic such as swimmers, rowers and paddlers.

7. Do not throw rubbish in nature

Take trash home, or use installed trash racks where they exist and there is space. Pledge everything always; everyone who sells drinks becomes particularly service-friendly when they get return bottles... (perhaps with the exception of the occasional toll booth, editor's note)

Always return deposit bottles and cans

8. Try your luck fishing - and eat!

It's a little late for nettle soup, but nature abounds with many other edible herbs, berries, mushrooms and fish. It tastes extra good with self-picked food - and most of it is healthy. Blueberries are found in most places in the country, blueberry tours are pleasant and antioxidants make blueberries extremely healthy.

9. Don't be fooled

Don't be lured by marketing into thinking that you need a lot of expensive equipment and clothing to do regular outdoor activities. For the vast majority of outdoor activities, everyday clothes will do. Many Outdoor Councils, municipalities, etc. rents out outdoor equipment such as rafts, canoes etc. and at tourist association cabins, state forest cabins, coastal trail cabins etc. there are accommodation options for non-millionaires.

Is it something you must have.no

10. Vary your outdoor life - ask someone to go on a picnic with you

Nordic nature and weather invite varied outdoor life. Take advantage of the variety to try a lot this summer. Nature experiences are great to share with others, - invite your children, friends, girlfriend and family with you. This is how the Nordic outdoor culture is passed on, - life is wonderful you!

 11. Stop mail when you are away

The mailbox is filled with advertising anyway. You can send your newspapers to institutions that can enjoy it in a more pleasant way than your neighbor as a thank you for their help. Tom can give you advice here; he himself has sent his newspaper to the "Unburned hazardous goods workers association" (to the office, red note) Have a wonderful summer!

Put your mail on hold

12. Relax - enjoy a good book

The new edition of ADR has just been released. But we also recommend using the summer holidays to find out that there are actually other good books out there.
