Protecting our mountain environment

Unfortunately, bad, uncertified diesel tanks are all too often found around the Nordic mountains as simplified gas stations. Completely unsecured. Leaks here are often the cause of contamination of our beloved groundwater.
NET tests and certifies tanks according to EN 13441: Stationary tanks of thermoplastic materials for above ground storage of light heating oils, kerosene and diesel oils.
If you look around the mountains in the Nordic countries, especially at the big winter sports venues, it is not uncommon to see such large tanks standing more or less straight in the snow. On closer inspection, not many of these meet today's requirements...
It is therefore nice to know that NET, by testing and CE-certifying these types of tanks, can contribute to improving environmental safety in our beautiful nature...
Below you can see "Kongstanken (PDF)" to Procut produced at Partnerplast which is one of a total of 4 such tanks that form part of Procut's new series of CE-approved centrifugally cast (rotationally cast or tumble-melted) polyethylene tanks from 950 to 6000 litres. Have a sparkling winter!
