AB Sundplast joins NET’s comprehensive customer programme

Sundplast in Helsingborg has this week become a customer on a comprehensive service agreement of NET! Sundplast is an injection molding factory that produces plastic parts in most thermoplastics and polyolefins.

NET thanks you for your trust and hopes Sundplast will enjoy the cooperation with NET for a long time to come.

This is how AB Sundplast presents itself in a few words:

AB Sundplast started with injection molding of plastic details back in the 70s. Today, we are a full-service company that can offer much more than the actual manufacture of injection molded parts.

Since the 70s, we have built up a solid knowledge of technique, material and design around injection molding. Today we have 20 modern injection molding machines at the factory in Helsingborg.

Production has been automated and today there are servo robots and fully automatic production lines for labelling, sealing, pattern laying and packaging. We have machines for 2- and 3-component injection molding, ultrasonic welding, hot stamping and transfer printing. We can carry out assembly/assembly and packaging, as well as chrome plating.

Sundplast manufactures its own furniture fittings, protective plugs and hazardous waste containers. A substantial part of its business also involves contract manufacturing of plastic components for the automotive, construction, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and engineering industries across Sweden and Europe.

We injection mold in most thermoplastics ex.: ABS, PA, PELD, PELLD, PEHD, PC, PMMA, PP, POM etc.

NET has, as of date, issued a certificate for Sundplast on the following series for hazardous waste packaging:

Containers for sticking and cutting waste

Sundplast manufactures and sells containers for sharp and cutting waste. We offer eco-friendly containers with a focus on user-friendliness to avoid work injuries as well as high safety to eliminate the risk of stick injuries. The development takes place in close collaboration with users to be able to achieve the best solutions. Today, we are a supplier to wholesalers, municipalities and county councils.
