NET recruits two new test engineers

NET further strengthens the team and hires two new test engineers after great interest in the position. Tonje Mårdalen Nikolaisen and Anita Gusfré Thoner will be important contributors to our technical professional environment and to the further development of the Test Center in Bamble.

When we announced earlier this autumn that NET was looking for a new laboratory technician, we experienced considerable interest in the position. Whole 80 applicants signed up – a strong signal about both the attractiveness of the role and the position NET has established as a professionally solid and modern test environment.

After an orderly and thorough recruitment process, carried out in collaboration with AllCare Solutions AS, we are pleased to inform that we have chosen to hire two new employees. We therefore want Tonje Mårdalen Nikolaisen and Anita Gusfre Thoner warm welcome aboard.

Tonje joins 5 January 2026, and Anita has started up March 2, 2026. Both are moving into the role of test engineers at our Test Center in Bamble. They will work with packaging testing according to international standards, contribute to the safe transport of dangerous goods and be an important part of a strong technical professional environment with customers from all over the Nordics.

NET has a clear belief that a good working environment is created through both professionalism and well-being - including that we should also have fun at work. We are convinced that Tonje and Anita will make a positive contribution to this, both professionally and socially.
