A fresh start IV

NET into its 5th year

For the first time, NET has finished a regular year, if you can call it that?

The really big things haven't happened. We have worked steadily; it should give and has given results! We have finally passed 250 certificates. NET has gained many new customers, including non-UN customers, without losing old ones and still with a full focus on UN/ADR.

The results have gone as expected, maybe a little boring, but safe. Well, the end of 2010 was probably a bit hectic, but this is how we have made sure that 2011 is off to a flying start!

We at NET find it disappointing that the ring test was not carried out in 2010, but if the interest is not there, it is not our task to pretend. So it remains to be seen if anything can happen in 2011...

NET starts the year with the work to change the accreditation body, not because we are not satisfied with Swedac, but because everyone will now transfer to their national accreditation units by the end of 2012. Alternatively, we would have to run parallel with Swedac and NA in 2011.

The moving process to NET is prioritized on the work list this year; this means that we will actively look around for new locations. When the telephone goes down, we will start with new office locations; approval came on Christmas Eve ;-) At the same time, we will also look around for land where a possible new laboratory room can be placed...

Now it's just a matter of rolling up your shirt and starting your everyday life; it's the one we live on...

 HAPPY NEW YEAR!
