TONJE IS UP AND RUNNING AT NET
Tonje joined NET on the 5th of January, at the same time as we celebrated our 19th anniversary – and she is already well underway. With strong motivation to learn, structure and commitment, she has quickly immersed herself in both dangerous goods packaging and child-resistant packaging.
We are very pleased to welcome Tonje to the NET team. She started with us on 5th of January, almost simultaneously with NET turning 19 years old – a perfect moment for both new energy and continued development.
Tonje has already made excellent progress in her training across several of our core areas. Last week, she took part in our internal training course on dangerous goods packaging, together with several of our customers. She has jumped straight into technical discussions, practical challenges and real-life cases during a particularly busy period. This can be demanding – but Tonje has demonstrated engagement, structure and a strong willingness to learn from day one.
In parallel, she is also well underway with child-resistant packaging, an area where precision, regulatory knowledge and an understanding of user interaction are absolutely essential. Here too, she has already shown an impressive ability to quickly grasp both requirements and practical application.
It is always especially rewarding when new and experienced colleagues complement each other so well. Both Tonje and the “established team” are looking forward to what lies ahead, and we are excited about the year to come – for Tonje and for a 19-year-old (yet increasingly experienced) organisation.
