TEST METHODS
NET uses test methods specified in current regulations, but can also develop own methods for products and tests where this is required. Here's an overview of the most common test methods we use.
Climate RoomNET has a climate room for aging, storage and / or conditioning. NET's climate room operates from -30 to +60 ° C with the ability to control humidity. Other temperatures or conditions can be provided upon request. |
Water testNET performs water jet test from 4 nozzles simultaneously. The amount of water and duration varies according to the test criteria. Water jet test is especially relevant for class 6.2 (ADR 6.3.2.5) and package type A (ADR 6.4.15.2). |
Drop testSamples of up to 4000 kg can be tested between 0 and 9 meters. Both liquids and solids at different temperatures (-30 to +60 ° C) are tested in various ways such as UN test, F50 step-step method and others. |
pressussres and leak testingPressure and leak testing is performed according to current standards. Indoor air or water pressure from 0 to 10 bar with constant pressure over time. |
Compression testCompression test, or crack test, is performed on samples with temperatures from -30 to +60 ° C and compression load from 0 to 5000 kg, in some cases up to 10,000 kg. |
Permeability testNET performs permeability testing based on weight loss under temperature control from -30 to +60 ° C. |
Testing of screw corkTest the screw cork to see ventilation, permeability, stress crack and practical tightening torque. NET has equipment for testing. |
Transport testingTesting in laboratory environment or during real transport. NET also assists with the interpretation of logs, temperatures, moisture and vibration. |
